E. Dennis Brod
E. Dennis Brod has extensive experience in both litigation and transactional law having been admitted to the practice of law in the jurisdictions of Florida, Washington, D.C. and New Jersey as well as and the United State Supreme Court. This wide range of experience includes sophisticated business and property matters, complex civil actions, the representation of lending institutions and private lenders, developers, mortgage transactions and foreclosures as well as substantial injury cases involving automobile rollovers, products liability and other catastrophic injuries and deaths.
Mr. Brod studied government and political science at Pennsylvania State University and law at Rutgers University Law School where he received a Juris Doctor degree.
E. Dennis Brod is a Member of the American Arbitration Association, Alliance Francaise, American Bar Association CEELI Program and the U.S. Department of State Citizens Democracy Corps. He is licensed as a real estate broker and mortgage broker. Past services include a maximum six year term on Florida's prestigious Judicial Evaluation Committee, being a broadcaster for WLRN (public radio), a term as Public Defender of the City of Hialeah, Florida, an instructor for the Institute for Continuing Legal Education and municipal government experience as a Councilman and City Council President, with terms of service on the Police Commission, Fire Commission, Road Commission and Finance Commission. E. Dennis Brod has served as a president, officer and director of numerous institutions and corporations and as a foundation trustee. Mr. Brod is the author of The Russian Federation Property Recording Legislation, A Critique (1996) and several other articles of general interest relating to the practice of law.
