Gregg Matthew Goldfarb
Gregg Matthew Goldfarb received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law. Amplifying his law school education, Mr. Goldfarb had the honor to serve as an intern in four institutions of note: the Florida House of Representatives, the Office of Miami Dade County Public Defender, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the Florida Supreme Court under Justice (later Chief Justice) Gerald Kogan.
Mr. Goldfarb has extensive experience in a variety of complicated civil litigation areas, including insurance, health care, products liability, class actions, mass torts, civil rights. Qui Tam (“whistle blower”) claims, employment related matters and constitutional issues.
Active in civic affairs, Mr. Goldfarb founded Clean Miami River, Inc. (1991), a non-profit organization designed to clean and restore the Miami River. He serves on the board of directors of the Center for Independent Living, a non-profit organization designed to assist those with disabilities.
