Robert E. Dady
Robert E. Dady was born in the City of New York. He obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree at Queens College and his Bachelor of Laws degree at Fordham University School of Law. Mr. Dady is a member of the bar in the States of New York and Florida.
Mr. Dady has extensive experience in the entire spectrum of real estate and financial transactions. His particular specialties are time share and condominium projects and he continues to work with major time share developers and lenders as well as developers of residential and commercial projects. He was one of the original drafters of Florida's time sharing law and has contributed to regulatory enactments in Arizona and New Jersey. Mr. Dady has been a member of various bar association committees including the timeshare committee of the American Bar Association for which he was a speaker in the real property section.
Mr. Dady has served as President of the National Land Council, general counsel to the Builders Association of South Florida, and has been an adjunct professor at the University of Miami School of Law teaching real estate law.
